What an amazing experience for our girls on the water today. Jos was so informative on guidance about handling the canoes and water safety. She was so friendly and non judgemental which is so important with our family. The canal was peaceful and just ideal for the familys first canoe hire. We are already planning on going back to try out the paddle boarding and I may even get in a canoe next time! For anyone with children with additional needs, please be assured that this amazing business are so accommodating and understanding. Jos really put our minds at ease and I wouldn't go anywhere else now that we've found this phenomenal place to keep our children keen on the outdoors

Not good. Their building at Auchenstarie Marina has phone # and website on side of building. . I filled out form online, paid for bike for my son. Went to collect bike - building closed. I repeatedly called and left messages. Finally I got a text to see if I was coming to Falkirk to get bike. What?? Only response. Went to Falkirk and the guy says d he was too busy. Call the original # I called. Really pathetic service. Very sad. Best part is we went to Falkirk to get bike - all they had were little kids bikes. Why tell me to collect bike at Falkirk when you don’t have time to rent one to us and don’t even have an adult bike. BAD SERVICE. Warning to others trying to rent bikes - they don’t have them. False advertising.
