The Norfolk coast around King's Lynn rewards exploration: Brancaster's beach stretches for miles, Titchwell Marsh nature reserve draws birdwatchers year-round, and boat trips from Brancaster Staithe reach Scolt Head Island and seal colonies. Wells-next-the-Sea has a narrow-gauge railway and independent shops; Hunstanton offers traditional seaside amusements. Inland, stately homes dot the landscape.
September Cottage is a single-storey detached house sleeping six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has an ensuite; the other two share the family bathroom. Ground-floor living means no stairs—the entrance is seven steps up, but the kitchen, dining and living spaces are all on one level, with a multi-fuel burner for cooler months. A fully equipped kitchen covers everyday cooking; electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. Outside is a lawned garden with seating, a summerhouse and barbecue, plus parking for one car.
The accommodation suits families and groups wanting a straightforward base for coastal exploration. No smoking indoors; a travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
