Carr Cottage sits on the Harewood House estate near Leeds. Through the entrance, you step straight into an open-plan ground floor with oak flooring, a wood burner and Smart TV. The adjoining kitchen and dining area has everything needed for cooking—oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave—and a table that seats four. Bed linen, towels and initial logs for the burner are provided.
Upstairs, two similar-sized bedrooms both have zip-and-link super king beds that can be separated into singles on request, with views across fields and woodland. The family bathroom has a bath and shower. Outside is an enclosed garden with picnic table, parasol, firepit and barbecue. A separate outhouse holds a washer-dryer and bike storage. The property has private parking for two cars, including an electric vehicle charging point. One pet is welcome. No smoking indoors.
