What guests say
I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Encore Leicester for the past week, and it made my first visit to Leicester a memorable one. We arrived quite late, around 11 PM, but the check-in experience was smooth and welcoming. A special thanks to Sahil and Naga at the front desk for making us feel comfortable right from the moment we arrived. They handled everything quickly, answered all our questions, and made the late-night check-in completely hassle-free. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was another highlight. Naga prepared a delicious breakfast for us, including vegetarian sausages and a freshly made omelette. It was a great way to start each day, and her friendly attitude made the experience even better. During my stay, I was in Leicester for business, but on my final day I had some time to explore the city. Nishant and Sibil were incredibly kind and helpful. Since it was my first time in the UK, they patiently guided me on places to visit, areas to avoid, and even recommended chocolates and local souvenirs to buy. Those little conversations and thoughtful recommendations made me feel genuinely welcomed. What stood out the most was the hospitality. From opening the doors with a smile to always being ready to help, it was the small gestures that made a big difference. Every member of the team made us feel valued, and the service was consistently warm and professional. Thank you to Sahil, Naga, Nishant, Sibil, and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Ramada Encore Leicester to anyone visiting the city

I recently spent three weeks at Ramada Encore Leicester, and I’m happy to say it was a thoroughly pleasant and memorable stay. Nishant at the front desk deserves particular praise — consistently helpful, courteous, and full of excellent recommendations for must-see spots around Leicester. Naga, the chef, was equally wonderful: warm, friendly, and always going the extra mile. Between them, the team made sure our stay was comfortable and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Honestly? Quite hospitable folks who run this establishment, huge thanks to the management in the lobby. The ones behind the desk and the ones serving the guests are absolutely lovely. They’ve been a highlight, and so has the comfy rooms they’ve given us. Foreign travellers such as myself, feel very welcomed here and that’s all thanks to the staff. Give props to Esme & Thao! They deserve some recognition to the fullest!

Great place to stay, the staff are very friendly, they have an amazing chef who makes very good food. The hotel is close to the city centre and it does have parking although it can be a bit of a pain to get into. The only things i could say was wrong about the stay would be that there was mold in the bathroom and a few holes in the flooring where someone has drilling in from below and missed the studs.
