Polecat Barn

Polecat Barn is a converted barn near Lewes with space for four guests across two bedrooms and one bathroom. The ground floor opens into a single living area with a woodburning stove, dining space that leads to the garden, and a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs, a double bedroom overlooks the grounds; downstairs, a twin bedroom completes the sleeping arrangement. The bathroom, accessible from the main living space, contains a bath with shower attachment.

Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and woodburner fuel are all included. The grounds have a sitting area with garden furniture and a barbecue, plus two fields available for dog walking—one pet stays free. You'll have parking on site and the whole barn to yourself. Be aware the bathroom lacks full enclosure and lockable door, and the upstairs bedroom has low windows; the property is not suitable for young children. Non-smoking throughout. Oakwood Private Spa is nearby if you want to venture out.
