The Old Sawmill One

Everything at The Old Sawmill One opens onto one level. You walk in to a unified living space where kitchen, dining and sitting areas flow together, the kind of layout that makes a small group feel connected rather than scattered. One bedroom has a double bed and its own shower room; the other has two singles. A full bathroom serves both. The kitchen is fitted out for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave—rather than makeshift holiday meals. Smart TV, heating, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included.

The cottage sits in Plumpton Green, a village within reach of the South Downs. You have a garden with seating at the back and parking for two cars on site. No smoking indoors. Arrival is after 4pm, departure before 10am.
