South Park Guest House

Darren & Sally, The owners, are just brilliant, caring, and so kind, They make the Guest House work. Anything you need or any help with queries you have They will help. Situated near Lincoln City Football Stadium, A 20 mins walk from the station and city centre. There is a number 16 bus that will bring you close to the Guest House. My room was at the front,on the top floor, had a lovely power shower, tea/coffee facilities, a double and single bed and a TV. WiFi as well. Despite my room at the front on the main rd it was very quiet. There is also a former dining room that Guest can help themselves to cereal and tea/coffee.

Very clean and cosy place to stay. The hosts were absolutely lovely and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. It’s a family-run guest house and you can really feel the care they put into looking after their guests. I’m quite a low-maintenance person, but it was nice knowing they were always there if needed – and always with a big smile. Everything during my three-night stay went perfectly smoothly, which made for a very peaceful and relaxing visit. I always prefer supporting small family businesses rather than big hotel chains, and this stay reminded me why. The warmth and hospitality here made all the difference. Thank you for such a welcoming and heart-warming stay. I would happily come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Great location 25 min walk from central Lincoln. Room is good, cosy with an en-suite shower/toilet. Fan in the room is 100% needed! Quiet at the back of the building. Great communication and friendly interactions with the hosts, always helpful and pleasant. Comfy bed! Staying for work for a couple of weeks, great value

Did a few hotel/guesthouse hops in dire straits with being homeless, Airbnb, booking.com and was always dealing with a computer, automated messages etc. Thankfully I found an actual person to talk to finally which was Darren. I explained my situation and he couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating!! What an absolute life saver Darren and Sally have been for me for the past two weeks!! Friendly, supportive, accomodating the lot! Could not speak highly enough about them! Would absolutely highly recommend to anyone if they need a place to stay in Lincoln. Great location, immaculate rooms, great staff, great prices, provisions always available! If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would because they have been absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much guys!!!
