About Atlantic Tower Hotel Liverpool By Sunday
A restaurant, bar and breakfast service give guests at the Atlantic Tower Hotel Liverpool By Sunday a solid base for meals without leaving the building, with snacks and room service also on offer for anyone who'd rather stay put. The hotel sits on Chapel Street, and many of its 225 rooms make the most of the position with views over the River Mersey and the Liver Building.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and in-room drinks, and family and accessible rooms are available alongside a kitchen option for longer stays. Facilities extend to a lift, laundry service, luggage storage and meeting rooms, making it workable for both business trips and family visits, and pets are welcome. It's worth noting that some rooms have been reported as not always well kept, so it's fair to expect variation in condition across the 12 floors.
Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, and complimentary upgrades have been a pleasant surprise for some guests. The location near the docks and city centre puts pubs, bars and restaurants within easy reach, and there's chargeable parking nearby for those arriving by car.
What guests say
I had a wonderful stay at the Atlantic Tower Hotel in Liverpool, but what really made the experience stand out was the staff. Every member of the team was consistently friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to help. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, I felt looked after and treated with kindness and respect. It's clear that the hotel places a real emphasis on excellent customer service. I'd especially like to thank Daniel at reception. He was exceptional throughout my stay. His professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression on me. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, always with a smile and a great attitude. People like him make all the difference and are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making my four-night stay such a pleasant one. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend the hotel to others.

Booked 2 nights here mid week. The hotel is very clean but a few things let it down. We were unlucky with our room it was very small and felt cramped in it. Plus we could not open a window. The ventilation fan in the bathroom did not work, and the bathroom was very small. There was only one lift working for the entire Hotel with ment you had a long wait, especially if you were high on the upper levels. On the Plus side the hotel bar has a lovely outdoor area which is 2 floors up and you have a fantastic view of the Royal liver building.

Perfect location for my Beatles-mad teenager who wanted to spend a couple of days exploring the city. The room was good if not a little small and tired looking. Great for a business stay, not the best for leisure, if staying more than a couple of days.

Daniel was absolutely wonderful throughout my stay. He was kind, understanding, and genuinely willing to help with anything I needed. His friendly attitude and professionalism made such a positive difference and made me feel truly welcome. He goes above and beyond for guests, and people like Daniel are the reason great customer service stands out.
