About Hotel Indigo Liverpool City Centre
Liverpool's city centre is dense with things to do, and Chapel Street puts Hotel Indigo right in the middle of it, close to bars, restaurants and the wider entertainment on offer around the waterfront and beyond. It's a practical base for anyone wanting to explore the city on foot, with walking areas nearby and plenty of eating options within easy reach.
The hotel has 151 rooms across six floors, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and complimentary drinks provided in-room. Guests regularly note strong showers and a genuinely welcoming, helpful team on hand throughout their stay. Accessible rooms are available, and lifts serve all floors.
Facilities extend well beyond the bedroom: there's a restaurant and bar on-site, an indoor swimming pool, a gym, and a spa and sauna for guests wanting to unwind. Breakfast is served each morning, though it doesn't always match the standard of the rest of the stay. Business travellers are well catered for with meeting rooms and dedicated business services, while porter and room service, laundry facilities and luggage storage cover the practical side of things. On-site parking is available for a charge, and street parking can be found nearby.
What guests say
It was my 2nd visit to Hotel Indigo and I have got to say it didn’t disappoint. The staff are so friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is trendy and very clean, the beds were comfy and it was a pleasure to stay in our room. The bar staff member helped me chose a beer as I was unsure what to have and I had a gorgeous banana flavoured beer which I highly recommend. The breakfast was sublime and all in all we had the most memorable time and we will certainly be making a trip back there in the near future. The location is perfect for shopping and it’s also 5 mins to the docks. Absolutely fabulous hotel.

Wonderful two night stay (Friday, Saturday). Very pleasant and helpful staff - consistently professional and went above and beyond to make our weekend relaxing and hassle free. Room was comfortable, quiet, and spacious. Breakfast was delicious (vegan options available), location was within comfortable walking distance of the city centre and the river. Parking was right around the corner and the hotel had a deal for parking so it wasn't too expensive. Hotel itself was truly nice inside, lovely sitting areas and bar. Would definitely stay again!

There were some complications with our bookings, but the receptionist, Ali, sorted everything. She handled everything really well, was calm, polite and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again just because she made the stay so smooth.
