This hotel.is fabulous! The staff are wonderful and the customer service 5 star across the board. Our room was the best we've experienced anywhere - there was a beautiful picture window with a view of the river plus everything you could possibly need. The room was light and spacious and very well planned. The breakfast was good and again the service excellent. We sampled the 360⁰ bar - the cocktails were good, and the food tasty but expensive for the portion size. We would definitely stay here again on future visits to Liverpool but will also be looking at Innside by Melia hotels in other places following our excellent expetience in Liverpool.

Absolutely stunning hotel! My partner booked this for a night and the views from the bed were unreal! Literally walls made of window to view the docks and the river mersey. Very spacious, clean and modern. I loved it!

Great hotel, very clean - quirky room layout with open plan bathroom - shower with window into room…! Has all necessary amenities, but had to call down for an iron and board. Otherwise good room. Coffee facilities had rubbish from last guests on it, but had complimentary mini bar

Stayed here before a football match at Anfield. My room was amazing on the 17th floor with fantastic views. The food was delicious. I went to the sky bar on the 18th floor and the views were amazing, the service wasn't as good as I would have hoped but it wouldn't stop me going back.
