We stayed here for a one-night couples' getaway and couldn't fault it for the price. The location is excellent, with everything in Liverpool city centre within easy walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It offered great value for money and was the perfect base for exploring the city. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, well-located place to stay in Liverpool.

Postives: - The room was spacious - Well equipped kitchen, toaster, microwave. min fridge, electric hob, pots, pans, glasses, french press ⁃ Bed was very comfortable - had 2 nights of fantastic sleep ⁃ Friendly staff ⁃ Great location, walking distance to Liverpool lime Street station and the city centre and Albert Dock - Right next to the m&s bank arena Things I didn't like: ⁃ not enough seating or room for breakfast - peak time is around 9am, you may need to wait to find a table - choice for breakfast is a bit limited, would like more fresh fruit Overall, I would recommend staying here and would definitely come again if visiting Liverpool

What a delightful stay! The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was top notch! The location was perfect and close to so much! I cannot recommend this place enough!

The reception staff were warm and welcoming, the check in was smooth. There was a personalised welcome message and pleasant music playing on the TV when I entered the room which was a really lovely touch. The room looked beautiful when I entered and was very well equipped with kitchenette and basic crockery/utensils/pans, even a dishwasher. It was very clean, the temperature was easy to control, I could open the window and the bed was really comfortable. The location could not have been better, across the plaza from the conference centre I was attending. My ony criticisms are the weak shower pressure, and cheap mattress protector which meant I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. It would also be nice to have a restaurant on site as all the restaurants next to the hotel were inexplicably closed at 6.45pm on a Monday night. I ended up ordering via Uber Eats but they took 50 minutes to deliver which was disappointing, it would have been nice to have other options. There is a pantry at the hotel but I was not impressed by the options available for purchase which were also hugely overpriced.
