Will has been an inspiration to the tavern bringing in a fantastic new dynamic to the pub, he has lifted it to another level with his ideas, a massive plus for the tavern and the site and he and his partner are such nice people

Shocking parent company despite its well known name in wales and as for the site itself, well the management used to be a lot better (in the days of previous owners and many complained about them at the time so talk about out of the frying pan) but now it really is just a big scam sales operation ripping off people and offering very poor customer service once they have signed up. The law for these parks seriously needs to be changed but nothing will be done meaning that the owners and managers get away with it. Good luck trying to sell your caravan if you want to leave, you WILL be ripped off as others have pointed out in their reviews with ridiculously low offers being made way below what the caravans are really worth....surprise surprise. Once you buy a caravan you dont really own it as such because everything is controlled by the site making sure they can charge as much as possible whether you stay or you leave the site. This company does not care one bit about its customers, they only want your money, there are other reviews saying the same thing on their other sites not just this one so please be warned. Quite honestly I would rather sleep in my car on the road outside than buy one of their caravans. "Buyer Beware"
