What visitors say
The Paddington Bear Experience is a fun and immersive attraction, especially for families and fans of Paddington. From the moment you enter, the colorful sets, interactive storytelling, and friendly characters make you feel like you have stepped directly into Paddington’s world. The experience is very well designed, with plenty of details, activities, and opportunities for memorable photos. Our children enjoyed participating in the story and interacting with the different characters along the way. The staff stayed in character and helped make the experience entertaining from beginning to end. A charming family attraction and a great addition to a day exploring London. 🐻🇬🇧

This experience was just ok. For context, I went with my Paddington obsessed 10 year old and she would have rated it 5 stars as she was just engrossed with the whole thing. Positives: The decor and attention to detail were amazing. For example, the overwhelming smell of orange in the marmalade machine room, the smell of freshly baked bread in Mrs Birds kitchen, the drop in temperature in the larder, etc. The actors were great and made sure all the children were given a task at some point in all the rooms. The train ride itself was brilliant. Negatives: It says it's suitable for all ages but no teenager would find this engaging and it is deffo intended for young children. (5-8 mainly). The tasks were very easy for a 10 year old- a 4 piece puzzle, sorting out Mrs Birds shopping bags, building a cake, looking for very obviously hidden map pieces, etc.The train ride was brilliant but the screen with Paddington talking didn't load properly (see image) so we could only see a bit of his hat. Magic ruined already! As others said, not actually seeing Paddington until the end and it was a small animatronic version with a security guard standing next to him and then 2 mins later you have your photo taken with a life sized one. I can only assume he is put in horrendous purple lighting (see photo) as they want you to buy the super expensive "meet and greet" photos. Also, can not believe we didn't get to taste a small marmalade sandwich after putting in all the hard work making the marmalade as we walked round. Tickets are expensive so I assumed something small would be included. My daughter loved the experience but I thought it would be better considering how much the tickets cost

Our 5 and 7 year old loved it. Very well done. The only miss was them wanting to sell marmalade sandwiches at the end of the experience after the kids spent all this effort pretending to make it. They should really just hand out free small samples of marmalade sandwiches. We spent £10 on sandwiches and the kids didn’t even like them. Though we thought they were quite good :)

Great experience We took my 5 year old daughter and she loved it. It’s really interactive, entertaining and well worth the money. The only downside (for grownups) is there was no cafe at the end! There was colouring on the tables and games for the kids which would have been a great opportunity for the grown ups to have had a drink and snack.
