Great Location, But the Room Fell Far Below Expectations I really wanted to like this hotel, especially because the location is excellent for sightseeing in London. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing enough that I can only give it 2 stars. We actually had to change rooms during our stay because of problems with our original room. The biggest problem: The shower drained so slowly that water backed up while we were using it, and the toilet was also slow to flush. Most concerning, there appeared to be black mold on the ceiling. The beds are extremely firm and uncomfortable, and overall neither room was that clean or well-maintained as I would expect from a hotel at this price point. The location is definitely the hotel's strongest feature. It is very convenient for Westminster and many of London's major attractions, and the public areas of the hotel make a good first impression. Unfortunately, once we got to our room, the experience did not live up to that impression. For the amount we paid, I expected a clean, comfortable, properly maintained room. Having to change rooms only to be put in another room with a damp smell and poor AC was disappointing, but at least the view was better. I will not be staying here again if I visit London in the future.

Amazing location right over the bridge from big bed. Abdul at check in was really professional. Rooms were a really good size, bath with shower head and separate shower. The mattress was a little hard for my liking, which is the only reason I've marked the room down. Service across the hotel was amazing, except the spa. Went to supervise my daughter swimming and they were questioning why I wasn't booked for swimming and couldn't provide a pair of Slippers. I read mixed reviews on breakfast before we arrived. Breakfast on morning 1 wasn't great. We were seated to the left when we arrived and it was hectic, food was average. The following day we were seated to the right (which I hadn't realised even existed) its a much smaller dining area with its own buffet breakfast. There are actually 2 areas like this to the right both with their own buffets, much less hectic, nice atmosphere and the experience of breakfast was night and day, which is where the mixed reviews come from I imagine. Bar area was spacious and comfy and service in there excellent. The room service menu was huge, but didnt order from it. I would return for 1 night due to the location, but couldn't do any longer as the mattresses don't agree with me.

The WORST experience ever! The staff, management, rooms and the whole experience was absolutely the worst! We planned to go there because of the reviews on their care for people and attention to detail. It was absolutely the worst experience ever. If you can go to other places nearby, then I would recommend picking another place. There are lots of other hotels nearby with probably better services. I am in awe of the way the whole experience was for us. The rooms-didn’t seem to be into the details of what the price we paid. It felt half done or even things were completely missing. Location-was the only good thing about this hotel. Amenities-we book for pools too but the pool was done the whole stay—-it said due to emergency maintenance Basically the bed was comfortable but absolutely not worth the price either. Do not recommend this place! Look for better options nearby.

The hotel to stay if you come to visit London. Great location, close to everything!!!🥰🥰🥰! But the most i appreciated are the personnels. Mostly the breakfast team... the smile so welcoming and assistance that you can really feel the care. To ms. ROANNE, ms ELLADA and your team thank you. You make my day starts with a good feeling. Yummy food with alot of choices, our room with a very nice view from the high floor, the reception with quick responce to our request for the room. The personnels who took care of our luggages, Salamat LUKA..thank you. To all the personnels and staff of reception, breakfast and who helps us with our luggages God bless and thank you. With all my family and friends... with confidence i will recommend this hotel and If Lord permits... Im looking forward to my next visit and stay to PARK PLAZA HOTEL🥰🥰🥰
