Cineworld London - Leicester Square

I saw the Michael Movie here and they really put on an amazing experience and watch party. There were projections and posters from the film everywhere and everyone feel so free to enjoy the film as if it was a world tour. A once in a lifetime experience. Thank to the organisers and Cineworld Leicester Sq.

Pleased to report - no rats or mice sightings at Screen 7 at least - though the ads prior to movie screening took 30 minutes! Female toilets were spacious and thankfully clean. The hot chocolate was pretty good.

I watched Project Hail Mary at this cinema and it was an incredible experience. The screen is absolutely huge and crystal clear, which made it perfect for a space film like this. I wouldn’t necessarily come here for every movie, but for big, visually driven films with strong special effects, it’s a no-brainer—it really elevates the experience. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Leicester Square station. The cinema itself looks great inside, and getting snacks like popcorn was quick compared to other cinemas I’ve visited. It’s a massive venue (the IMAX holds up to 700 people), but even with seats in front of you, the screen is so large that your view isn’t obstructed. I was sitting slightly to the left and it didn’t make much difference at all. Would definitely recommend visiting.

At first, I was quite hesitant about my experience. Due to the extreme heat, the movie had to be stopped halfway through, which was obviously disappointing. However, the way the staff handled the situation completely changed my opinion. They sincerely apologized to everyone, offered refunds to those who wanted them, and provided complimentary cold drinks to guests who chose to wait. The entire situation was managed professionally and with genuine care for the customers. In the end, what started as an unfortunate experience turned into something people will remember positively. A special thanks to Mr. David for his professionalism and kindness throughout the whole process.
