So excited to go to London and experience this great city in amazing accommodations!! Being an IHG member we were excited to book our stay through a recommended hotel in the app. The overall experience was acceptable. Pluses included the proximity to the things we had planned and the upgraded room with a balcony. We know what there London rooms can be like!! So a few minuses about this property. The hotel has elevator issues and this caused so many delays. The hotel staff was less than helpful and never answered the phone when calling for information. Unsavory types were often outside the hotel doors and no one from the hotel chased them off which led to unsafe conditions. Overall this is a 3/5 stay which could have easily been a 5/5 if not for these specific incidents. For 6 nights, this was a $4574 proposition, at $657 per day. The 9 th floor staff was great and we appreciated them so much! Read the reviews as a whole to make your decision about this property.

In a great location with quick access to Leicester Square Station. Reasonably quiet as rooms have double-glazed windows. We were on level 3 and found the noise level to be perfectly comfortable. We had breakfast included in our stay and found the restaurant on level 9 very pleasant. Room service was available but we didn’t use it. The room was comfortable but the lack of a shower door meant we had to use a towel to stop water going all over the bathroom. Overall good value considering the location and room.

The location of this hotel is genuinely excellent — just a 15-20 minute walk to the Tube and major attractions. Unfortunately, that’s about the only good thing. Everything else is quite disappointing. My advice to future guests: Don’t bother calling room service — almost no one will answer. Don’t try complaining to the front desk — you’ll only end up more frustrated. We were on the top floor, directly below the restaurant. One night there was a private party upstairs with loud music and heavy stomping that made sleep impossible. When we complained, the staff simply said, “Sorry, that’s the risk of staying on the higher floors. You’ll have to wait until the party ends.” It’s clear this hotel values its restaurant business far more than the comfort of its paying guests. We had just stayed at the Indigo hotels in Edinburgh and Bath, where the service was excellent. The contrast with this London property is unbelievable. If you’re considering booking here, do yourself a favour and read the one-star reviews first. Great location, but the service and noise issues might make you regret it.

As hotels go, this one is up there with the best. Service to book in was very polite and welcoming, easy and fast. The room, super clean and comfortable with just about everything you needed. The room spacious, a small dressing table, bedside tables and a hanging area. Tea and coffee facilities with kettle, a fridge, a mini safe and TV. Plenty of plug points and USB points. The bath room consisted of a super rain shower with plenty of room, a beautiful wash basin with large shelf for your own toiletries. Also supplied was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel with hand soap dispenser at basin, also good sized white towels. A large mirror, with an extra magnifying mirror and a hairdryer. Perfect night sleep with no disturbance. Breakfast was on floor 9, perfect, it overlooked the city with views that will take your breath away. There was a buffet with cereals, yoghurt, bread and toasts, cold meats and cheese with a selection of fruits. Or, if you prefer a hot menu, there were lots to choose from including a full English. Location of this hotel is amazing, right in Central Leicester Square London perfect for theatre land, China Town, Covent Garden, trafalgar square, 4 minutes to the underground. A must hotel to visit, a hidden gem.
