my friends and i went here to watch 2 movies last night. screen 4 was perfectly fine, but screen 2 had no air conditioning & there were bugs (flies) inside the theatre. it was quite annoying since the bugs would often fly into the screen or right in front of the projector, blocking a view of the movie. i really hope the cinema is able to fix screen 2's issues so that other guests don't have the same experience. despite this, i would like to commend staff as they were very accommodating & friendly. we were able to discuss with one particular staff member about the issues with screen 2, & he was very engaged & willing to help fix the issue.

Horrible cinema! I am so disappointed. Tickets price was 18.50 in a small screen 3. My 5 friends and I was tonight in film “Exit 8”. And no one was happy about chairs and size of the screen. This small tiny toilets, tiny hallways, dirt, and sooo small screen. Earlier I was to Holloway lux with much bigger chairs. Everything so way better and price is about £12, £14 but never £18!! That’s not fair. Really

On the 6th May 2026 around 6pm, i went here for my partners birthday as he got the large combo for free as a deal and when served - Gani was not too friendly, at first he directed us to the ticket attendant when we wanted to get the deal and then once we reiterated that we wanted to get food (the large combo etc), he served us less than a large portion and the large drink was one of those plastic bottles. No smile or friendly approach. Also the popcorn was stale and not sweet at all (which is what we ordered).

Had an incredibly subpar experience at Odeon Haymarket recently. We paid around £55 for two “Luxe” tickets, yet there was no ice or still water available at the concession stand. We then had to wait over 30 minutes past the scheduled screening time for the screen to be ready, with nowhere to wait, so everyone was crammed by the entrance. Inside, the screen itself was tiny + being a long, narrow room, the view from the back was poor. The only positive was that the seats were comfortable For the price and the “Luxe” branding, this fell way short of expectations. I’d stick to paying regular price at Vue over this, anyday.

Other reviews mention screens can be very small and there can be a rodent problem.
