Aptel East is clean and very practical, not so fancy. My room has TV, Kettle, microwave, fridge, toaster and a hair blower. Bed is comfy. No noise although Im in the first floor. It is near shadwell station. Staff (Morning lady and night guy) are both very helpful and friendly. I did not like the neighborhood though because it is my first time to London, and the neighborhood does not have London vibes, however, is safe and close to underground and overground stations.

Clean, spacious apartment hotel in Aldgate, with an excellent central location that makes it easy to explore London’s top attractions. We stayed here while attending a concert at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and getting there was straightforward. Depending on your preference, you can travel via Whitechapel, Bethnal Green, or Liverpool Street stations, options to take connecting bus or walking. Aptel East is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping is provided every three days, but we were provided fresh towels and toiletries upon request. The only feature we felt was missing was access to a washing machine, which would have been very useful for guests staying for a longer period. A special mention goes to Mamun, who assisted us during our stay. Although he was new to the team, he was friendly, approachable, and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. His excellent attitude and willingness to help made a positive impression on us. We definitely had a pleasant stay and would happily recommend Aptel East to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located base in London.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood isn't the best, but it's only about a 20-minute metro ride from the city center. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at Aptel East multiple times now and genuinely love staying here. Fatima and Yasin are both fantastic — efficient, kind, professional and genuinely empathetic in the way they look after guests. The rooms are always clean, comfortable and finished to a great standard. What really stands out is the attention to detail. Yasin in particular remembers exactly how I like the temperature in the room and will even go in ahead of my stay to set the thermostat to the right heat for me. That level of care is rare and makes such a difference after a long day. A really welcoming place with staff who go above and beyond — highly recommended.
