About Vilenza Hotel

A short walk turns up plenty of options for food and drink around Vilenza Hotel, with pubs, restaurants and eateries dotted through the surrounding East End streets rather than confined to the hotel itself. Guests staying here have easy access to that local scene, while in-room drinks and a kitchen area cover simpler needs without leaving the building.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms that guests generally find spacious, along with comfortable beds and clean surroundings. Free WiFi is available throughout, and staff are on hand at the 24 hour reception whatever time you arrive, with particular mention going to a team member named Efe for helpfulness. Luggage storage is useful for early arrivals or late departures. Some rooms can suffer from street noise, and a few amenities are more basic than you might expect, so it suits travellers prioritising location and value over polish.

The hotel's position near Aldgate East station makes it a practical base for exploring the East End's attractions and the wider city beyond, with entertainment options also nearby for evenings out.

We were here for two nights with a family of 5. Frontdesk and staff were very welcoming and accommodating! Even though we arrived on short notice, they prepared our room for us very quickly. The hotel was well kept, comfortable and clean. We stayed during some very hot days in London, so it was a blessing to be in one of the lower rooms, which stayed nice and cool. Would come again!

Great hotel. The people there are really accommodating and friendly. Cater to your every need to make sure your stay is comfortable. The rooms are nice and spacious. Comes with free Wi-Fi (which I must say, the fastest WiFi connection I’ve had whilst staying at a hotel) and a fridge/freezer which most popular hotels do not even have unless you pay extra so this alone was a huge W. Comfy beds. Right near to Whitechapel station. Plenty of stores, food places etc now even 5 mins walk to get too. Prices are really fair. I stayed 3 nights for around £270 from Sunday to Tuesday. Not bad for London. I would stay here again for sure. If you’re traveling with family, may not be the hotel but for solo or duos. It’s pretty dang good! Maybe 3 at the best? It really is a pleasant hotel and one of the best stays I’ve had so far in my travelling ventures.

Me and my family stayed in Vilenza hotel, as we went to visit a wedding here in London. We had an amazing experience the previous time we were here, it was so brilliant and we booked again! This is our regular hotel and go to every time we arw in London. The service was absolutely perfect and very professional as usual. The staff, especially my very good friend Efe, were very kind and took really good care of us! The hotel is neat and clean and has excellent facilities. They also treated us with snacks and coffee! Their hospitality is absolutely top notch and is perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone looking for, at a very reasonable price aswell. The next time we are visiting London again, we will definitely stay here again of course! The staff are like family and the hotel is like a second home for us. It was a brilliant experience, 100% recommend this to everybody.

Terrible experience and embarrassing service. Our room at the top floor was extremely hot and cramped. We asked if they could possibly move us or do anything but were treated with terrible attitude. Both staff were unhelpful and we saw them treating other guests disrespectfully as well. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel, forfeiting our money. My standards aren’t high but I was shocked by how poor the service was.
