I stayed at this hotel in early February while visiting London. The location is excellent, close to Harrods, Hyde Park, and other major attractions. The staff is professional and friendly, always ready to help. The rooms are warm, with fresh, comfortable bedding. The only downside is that the room is a bit dark, but overall, everything was very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in London.

Price-quality was always available, making your stay pleasant. The hotel is well served by public transport (bus and metro) and the centre can still be reached within a 20-minute walk. The rooms are a good size and the cleaning service is working properly, although attention to detail should be improved, which can sometimes serve to make a difference. Breakfast is below expectations, which in my opinion is inadequate to the price and quality of the hotel. Overall a good experience with some aspects to improve.

We had a lovely stay at the Ashburn Hotel on our arrival to London. Room was very comfortable, and perfect for sleeping off all the jet lag. It's just a short walk from the Gloucester Tube station and the train travels directly from London Heathrow. Excellent staff, very friendly and attentive. There are a few great eating places, coffee shops, and tea rooms to choose from. Plus all of the museums on Cromwell, and of course Hyde Park and Kensington Palace are just a short walk. Already planning to book our next stay!

Arrived today, we’ve booked a room for 2 people with twin separate beds: I’ve stayed several times in this hotel and I’ve called in advance to check the 2 beds in a king room. What a surprise to see a very tiny room with one bed and 2 mattresses, sticked together! The person in the lobby told me that “in London, the rooms are all the same”… impossible to leave a message on the “contact” of the website of the hotel… very disappointing for this hotel usually so kind and pleasant!…
