Great location..so close to a Tube station, very central. The staff are always friendly & chatty...enjoyed speaking with Nihaoika. The rooms are small, but everything required..good lighting, tea/coffee, water, bathroom has good water flow & steady temperature. And best of all....the balconies look out over a little garden. I sat out o a balmy evening, listening to birds, having a glass of wine....excellent. Breakfast is fine .. Good choices, well-displayed. Have stayed here several times & will again. Suits my purposes perfectly

The friendly and helpful staff were very accommodating. The rooms were clean, quite, comfortable and compact. Breakfast was tasty and very good value for central London. The hotel was easy to find and very close to many attractions.

Brilliant experience. After reading some of the reviews, I arrived not expecting too much. Well, I was so pleased. All the staff were very welcoming. My room was a good size with a balcony, a lovely bathroom, the room was spotless, and so was the bedding. It was also a good size. I had one of the best nights' sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Nothing really to complain about. Yes, the reception isn't really a traditional reception; it is just a high table with a laptop on it, but we were greeted by the young lady sitting at it straight away, and she introduced herself. All in all, a lovely hotel, and I would definitely stop here again.

Great 3 days away great location for Gloucester road tube station and 49 Bus. Near all .museums and parks . Staff all very helpful , friendly and polite. Asmehct was a lovely lady who made beautiful scrambled eggs for our breakfast. Would recommend the hotel for a city break .
