What guests say
I only stayed here for one night to be closer to Paddington Station for my airport transfer, but I would have definitely stayed longer. This hotel is really gorgeous. I loved the branding on the towels, the checked floors, and just how pretty everything felt overall. I booked a one-person room and it was really spacious. My only critique is that my room had a window that opened to a small vacant outdoor area, which I later realized let a few bugs in. The bed was comfortable, but a bit more bedding would have been nice as it felt quite thin. I stayed at another hotel in London in the same price range that offered a few extra comforts like a robe and slippers, which would be a nice addition here too. As a solo traveler, this hotel felt very safe. Even though it’s right next to a large train station, it was quiet, and the building is secure at all times with a locked entrance and front staff nearby. It’s also walking distance to Hyde Park, bus stops, and of course Paddington Station. Truly such a convenient location for stress-free travel after the airport!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Grand Hotel Bellevue! The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout — nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and feels fresh and stylish without losing its charm. The bar is a real treat — great cocktails and a fantastic happy hour that we took full advantage of. Breakfast was excellent too, with plenty of choice to start the day right. And the location is unbeatable — just a short walk from Paddington Station, which makes getting anywhere in London (or straight to Heathrow) incredibly easy. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Definitely not worth The price. Our flight got canceled and we got rebooked for a day later so we missed our first hotel night and we took the precaution to let Hotel know as soon as we could. Initially, they said they would cancel the first night to allow us for a refund. It turned out. It was not the case and the manager Victor was extremely useless and unpleasant. Not to mention the rooms are very tiny you can barely move around and the doors allow for someone to get in only if you are extremely slim. Do not book this hotel And to get back to your response you are wrong the reservation was NOT made through third party but directly through Hyatt and if they are the ones deciding they said they would give us the points back BUT it is up to you. So it is an inaccurate statement

A perfect stay for our holidays in London. Well located nearby Paddington station, with buses and walking distance to many lovely places to see. Everyone is adorable and welcoming. The rooms are very nice and it is so peaceful. The beds are very comfy. The bathroom is not big but very nice too and the shower is great. The breakfast is delicious. The buffet has quality products. Pancakes, fruit salad, eggs, bacon, etc. Et en français, nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Accueil chaleureux, chambres très jolies, salles de bains un peu petites mais jolies et avec une douche au top. Petit dej parfait. Buffet avec des produits de qualité, pancakes, œufs, bacon etc.
