About The Omega
Sussex Gardens is one of those wide, terraced streets typical of this part of London, lined with tall Victorian townhouses just a short walk from Hyde Park and Paddington Station. The Omega occupies one of these buildings, giving it a period façade with 20 rooms updated inside for straightforward, modern stays.
Rooms come with en suite bathrooms, air conditioning and free WiFi, a practical setup for anyone passing through the capital. A cooked breakfast is included, and there's a restaurant and bar on site for meals and drinks without needing to head out. Guests also have use of a gym, an indoor swimming pool, a garden, and meeting rooms, while lift access and luggage storage make arrivals and departures easier. Free on-site parking is a rare bonus for a central London property.
Beyond the hotel, the surrounding streets offer plenty of pubs, restaurants and other eateries within easy reach, alongside the wider entertainment on offer near Paddington. With Hyde Park and the station both close by, it works well as a base for exploring the city on foot or moving on quickly by rail.
What guests say
We had a fabulous stay at the Omega Hotel. A comfortable, compact room in a great location within an easy walk to Paddington Station and Hyde Park and from there into central London. Friendly, helpful staff, 24hr reception and an amazing continental breakfast with cold meats and cheeses, fruit, pastries and sweet cereals, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There is also bottomless tea and coffee available in reception (not your room). One tip if you have large suitcases - be prepared to walk up four flights of stairs as there's no lift (which can often the case in smaller boutique hotels). We would definitely stay again!

Recently stayed here as a solo traveler. Here are the positives - location ( less than 5 mins away from Paddington station ) Close to restaurants/ coffee shops Walking distance to the park - clean sheets and warm shower ( we’re mostly out 8-12 hours, I didn’t need the extravagant room) - friendly staff - free simple breakfast ( that can jumpstart your morning) The negative? No complaints here, but if you’re traveling with large suitcases- beware ( no elevator ) and watch your steps especially going down the stairs. Lastly- free coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate in the lobby :-)

We just stayed for short and didnt spent more time in the room then necessary... The rooms are tiny. The "bathrooms" are rudicoulus small, as a 186cm person i just knocked myself everywhere all the time... The staff was great and very helpful. The included breakfast was disappointing. We skipped it the second day. The rooms were clean at least. Location is great, literally 3minutes walk from Paddington Station. For short time travelers, up to 2 persons per room, i would recommend. But be aware when you are tall... :-)

The staff was helpful and we appreciated the free breakfast! Very near to Paddington Station which was a huge help. Beds were unfortunately harder than a rock and room amenities left some to be desired.
