What guests say
stayed whilst staying over to watch the football. it is in a good location for transport links to central London. However if you are driving to this hotel the road gets extremely busy towards finsbury park. Rooms facing the road are poorly glazed so the traffic is extremely loud at night, for me this kept me awake and was a poor night sleep. However, the staff are very friendly and seemed happy to give recommendations about places nearby for food. Room seemed reasonably clean too. Overall should be fine as long as youre not on a room facing the road a. Wouldn't rush back anytime soon but its passable on a budget.

Stayed for just a few hours and it was perfect. It's opposite Finsbury Park which has tennis courts, basketball courts, lakes, rugby field and an athletics track. The room has both European and UK sockets. And lots of beverages even decaf coffee. The man at the reception is a fantastic chap!

This was my first time staying at a Best Western, and I am very impressed. I stayed for five nights, and although the room was small, it was perfectly clean and comfortable. The cleanliness was maintained daily by the housekeeping staff, which was excellent. The best part of my stay was the outstanding service. The check-in process was fast and efficient, thanks to the welcoming front desk staff. Every morning and evening, the staff at the front desk greeted me with a warm and cheerful smile, which truly made a difference. Their friendly attitude made me feel welcomed throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, daily housekeeping, and overall cleanliness.

I stayed as a single woman for 2 nights. I am a smoker and went outside regularly for a cigarette. The staff were incredibly rude towards me. They accused me of smoking in my room even though reception staff clearly observed me smoking outside. A member of staff had clearly been in my room without consent (I had gone outside for a cigarette at 11pm), when I returned the towel had been hung over the rail. A male friend of mine (who is Somalian) brought me some food and as soon as he entered the foyer, the reception staff physically grabbed him and said that he wasn’t allowed in the area and threatened to throw me out of the hotel. As a single woman in London on my own, threatening me at 11pm at night made me feel extremely vulnerable and frightened. I believe the staff to have been prejudiced against the ethnicity of my friend. The staff also said that I wasn’t permitted to have a visitor, told me that I had gone outside for too many cigarettes and refused to let me out again. They also threatened to call the police for no apparent reason. I would definitely advise people (especially smokers who have Somalian friends) not to book a stay at this hotel.
