The hotel has a great location. We had a small room with twin beds. The room was clean. AC worked under a heatwave. Breakfast outstanding with great staff. did not use the lobby bar. This is a mid market hotel; with upper market service. A great base to explore London for a few days .

It's a beautiful boutique hotel literally a 60 second walk to Hyde Park.. steps away from restaurants and pubs.. a 7 minute walk from Paddington Station. The breakfast was exceptional - service superior - the breakfast servers deserve a round of applause! The front desk and management staff were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond their call of duty. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel was modern, the room was clean and good size for 2 adults it had everything we needed and in a very safe area. They had a bar on site inside a library/lounge--very relaxing and the drinks were affordable. The train and bus stations were all nearby. Additionally there were plenty of nice restaurants, cafe's and Pubs within walking distance which was also a nice perk. Lastly, Hyde Park and Kensington Garden are one very small block away which was fantastic for nature lovers or to decompress after being in the city center most of the day.
