This was our second stay here, which honestly says a lot because we don’t usually repeat hotels, but we had such a great experience the first time that we had to come back. Both times we stayed in the Luxury One Bedroom with a sofa bed. The second unit (2nd stay) was a bit smaller even though it was the same category so maybe you’d want to ask for the bigger units if you were a group of 3. The housekeeping was spot on, and the apartment itself is incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen literally has everything, you could easily cook a full meal without missing anything. And as someone who really values genuine, good service, the staff were honestly lovely. At checkout, we were helped by a gentleman (didn’t catch his name), and later when we came back to collect our luggage, Grace assisted us. She was so kind and attentive (offered us water, let us use the washroom, checked if we had a cab) just really thoughtful and warm. **the pictures from our first stay back in September 2025**

I had an amazing stay at this serviced apartment. The apartment itself was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect — close to everything, making it very convenient to get around. What truly made this experience exceptional was the staff especially Ms. Blessing. They were absolutely outstanding — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always going above and beyond to help. Their professionalism, kindness, and quick response to any request made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. Honestly, the level of service was one of the best I have ever experienced. Highly recommended, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I've stayed here multiple times for over a week at a time - it's my absolute favorite place to stay when visiting London. The rooms are spacious and beautifully kept, the front desk staff is always friendly, proactive and responsive, and the location is unmatched (it's very quiet while still being central). Shout out to Grace who consistently went above and beyond to make me feel at home during my stays there! I'll definitely be back, and highly recommend it to friends and family since.

Wonderful stay. Location is ideal in Chelsea. The appartement was very well equipped, clean, spacious with high quality materials. Concierge and staff were very helpful and amiable. Totally recommend. Worth the money.
