Loved the service and the ambience of the hotel. Rooms a bit tiny unfortunately. Bathrooms are truly elegant. Everyone from the doorman to reception to concierge to staff in the restaurant, is super friendly and nice. Location is unbeatable. You have access to District and other lines. Plenty of cafes around.

At breakfast we had a great experience with the waiter Marcelo who, in addition to being very polite and smiling, explained everything to us with great professionalism. The room was clean and well organized. We will definitely return.
