What guests say
My wife and I booked a five-night stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton London Victoria from Toronto, Canada, and it proved to be an excellent choice. From the comfortable accommodation to the outstanding service, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Our room was spacious, quiet, and cleaned each day, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to Victoria Underground Station, public transportation, restaurants, and shopping—all within walking distance. The hotel also features a cozy breakfast lounge with an impressive buffet offering a wide variety of options. We chose the Full English Breakfast each morning, and it was excellent. The restaurant staff were attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service every day. We are delighted that we chose this hotel for our visit to London. The combination of comfortable accommodation, exceptional service, and a superb location made our stay truly memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in London.

Great hotel. I was given a free warm cookie om arrival. My room was nice. The smart TV worked well and it was easy to sign into my netflix on which I watched Ricky Gervais after life. The breakfast was good. There was the usual cooked stuff but I went healthy and had muesli , fruit and then yoghurt and a coffee. The other guests were a nice mix of people. It's a nice place. It's very close to victoria station. Just a short walk around the corner and it's close to lots of places to eat or drink

Service was excellent as our bags were in our room before we completed check-in. The room was clean and had what we needed, although if you would like washcloths, make sure to ask for them. The dining room food and service was great. Construction is currently taking place around the hotel.

Whilst the location is absolutely ideal, the hotel was average. When we checked into our room, the bed sheets were stained and we had to call and ask for them to be changed. Room was nice but a bit tired looking. The biggest let down was that breakfast was included in our reservation, but when we got down for breakfast we were told that you had to pay for pancakes/waffles etc. which was extremely disappointing. The breakfast buffet wasn’t great at all, limited selection and the hot food from buffet was cold and lacked flavour. Loved the location but the hotel itself was disappointing.
