Don't do it. Me and my partner have stayed in homeless accomodation before and it was better than this. Black mould everywhere in the bathroom. A plank from a scrap bin as a headboard with people's hand prints all over that have given the bed a good go. Mysterious stains (some looking like blood) on the walls. The "daily housekeeping" was a white bin bag with two towels left on our doorknob, and the dust in the rooms was older than us. The only positive was the location.

Most likely a family ran "hotel", it is poorly maintained, very small rooms, not very clean. To be fair, bed and towels were professionally cleaned. Good short distance from the stadium, only reason it was booked. But if had the chace, I would not stayed here. Fair price per night, cheaper than others during music event when everything is fully booked. If there is no other choice, it is ok. Otherwise avoid.

It's really, REALLY hard to review this place because for some it will be the most unsanitary, unclean hotel that's a zero stars, and for others it will be "it's fine for the price". LOCATION ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The location is SUPERB, right between Bow Road (and the rest of London via tube) and the Bow Church DLR stop (and Canary Wharf, which I travelled to). FACILITIES ⭐️ The room itself is literally just a bed, table (with dodgy stains on) and TV. No kettle, no hair dryer. One plug socket. There is also no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom, so prepare to bring your own (this is SO CHEAPSKATE: come on hotel, really, just buy those little cheap bottles for guests, they cost about 4p each). CLEANLINESS ⛔️ ZERO STARS When I arrived, it looked as if the bed wasn't changed between the last guest and me. And there was never anyone on reception to actually ask this, and even if I did ask this, the reply would have just been a grunted 'yes' (from the deeply depressed and rude hotel staff). I had to buy disinfectant and kitchen roll to clean all the surfaces myself, because it was obvious that not even a basic clean had taken place. I stayed 3 nights and they didn't clean inside once, they just replaced the towels and the bin. That's it. SAFETY: ⛔️ ZERO STARS The door could be locked from the outside, but didn't lock from the inside. So when inside sleeping, I had to move the wardrobe in front of the door every night to be certain that nobody would try and enter while I slept and steal my belongings. I brought a laptop with me, and it stayed with me when I went out everywhere too, because I didn't trust leaving it in the hotel room. PRICE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Despite all the above, it averaged about £50 per night. So really, you get what you pay for. Personally, once I'd cleaned the whole room myself, I knew it was fine to stay in. Just don't go here expecting them to put in ANY effort. SUMMARY: The sad thing is, if they'd just fixed the door lock, cleaned the damn room properly and provided shampoo, this review would be a "BRILLIANT AND LOW PRICED". But it's clear they just don't care enough to do even the basic, bare minimum of hygiene. The guest should not have to clean the room themselves when they arrive. Put it this way, despite the PERFECT location and price, I will not ever be coming back. I'll go out of my way to find a worse location and pay a bit more, to have a clean, safe room.

We had a good experience. We chose on price/location and I was expecting the worst but it was actually perfect. Great location as its just out of the ULEZ area and close to the tube. Freindly and helpful staff. Priced right for a dated property.
