About Comfort Inn London Victoria
Step into a room at Comfort Inn London Victoria and you get the basics done properly: an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a lift to reach your floor, and drinks available in the room. Family rooms are on offer for those travelling with children, and free WiFi is included throughout. That said, some rooms can develop a musty smell and the air conditioning doesn't always keep up, so it's worth flagging any issues at reception early on.
The hotel has 48 rooms in total and sits on Belgrave Road, close to Victoria Station, making it a practical base for getting around London by rail or underground. Breakfast is served on site, and there's luggage storage available for those with an early check-in or late departure. Free on-site parking is a genuine plus in a part of London where that's rarely a given.
Beyond the hotel there's no shortage of places to eat and drink nearby, with pubs, restaurants and other eateries all within easy reach, along with entertainment options for evenings out. It's a straightforward, well-placed option for travellers who want comfortable rooms and easy access to the city rather than frills.

What guests say
This place was simply perfect if you go into with the right expectations. If you want a full service resort with huge rooms and big beds then look elsewhere. If you just need a place to sleep and shower or recharge for a bit between explorations then this is your place. Excellent location near Victoria station, great restaurants very close, safe neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, while not gourmet, was perfect for our needs and really affordable (if not included in your room). The only complaint I had was the lack of wash cloths. I completely understand if those are an American thing and since this was our first time in London I can't say whether that is common or not. I just know I asked about them and I also heard another American asking for them. If you are used to using them just be aware you'll either need to go without or bring your own. They have towels and what we call hand towels but no smaller wash cloths. Still, excellent place and we will book again next time we're in London.

I have only given 4 stars bc of my personal preferences such as a romantic vintage sort of a room, but this option was perfect for my busy weekend, bc it was a very modern and practical trend overall. Excellent location - 5 min away from victoria underground, 10 to 15 mim away from Big Ben if one likes a brisk walk. Clean, neat, tidy. Staff was extremelly helpful and accomodated all my needs. A big big thank you to all.

We stayed here for three nights in April. It was just a few minutes' walk from Victoria Station and even walking to Piccadilly Circus was just 35 minutes. The hotel itself is no-nonsense: fine room, cleaned every day. There was no view from the window to speak of, but we didn't expect any. The beds were a bit short, but this seems to be normal in England. You can get breakfast in many places very nearby. No complaints, this was a good stay.

It was my first time staying here, the rooms (although on the smaller side) were clean and well presented. You could occasionally hear other visitors in the corridor/rooms. I must say the staff were absolutely fantastic, really professional and happy to help! I have to give a special mention to Taimoor and Haider. My stay had breakfast included, but as it is Ramadan we can only eat before sunrise. I had spoken to Taimoor beforehand and both Taimoor and Haider ensured that sahoor breakfast was made available for me at 4am! I really appreciated Comfort Inn accommodating me! Taimoor and Haider, both are an absolute asset to Comfort Inn and Comfort Inn should be very pleased with the service these two members of staff had provided. So thank you for your professionalism. I would most certainly recommend Comfort Inn to family and friends.
