About Premier Inn London Victoria

With 110 rooms spread across six floors, Premier Inn London Victoria offers a solid base on Eccleston Square, just a short walk from Victoria Station. Each room comes with an en-suite bathroom and drinks, and accessible rooms are available for those who need them. A 24-hour reception means arrivals and departures aren't tied to fixed hours, and a lift serves all floors.

Breakfast is a genuine highlight, with a wide spread of options and generous portions that guests consistently rate well. There's also a restaurant and bar on site for meals and drinks without needing to head out, plus meeting rooms for anyone travelling on business. Staff are friendly and helpful, though service can be slower at busier times.

The location near Victoria Station puts guests within easy reach of central London's attractions, and the immediate area has plenty of pubs, restaurants and eateries nearby for evenings out. Parking is available nearby at Eccleston Bridge, though it comes at an extra cost.

Lovely hotel, clean and tidy with close proximity to Victoria station, bars and restaurants. What made it for us was the excellent customer service and friendliness of the staff, especially Francess. On check-in she was friendly and welcoming, asking us about our visit and if it was a special occasion (our wedding anniversary). After going out for the day we came back to a lovely surprise of wine and chocolates in our room. Even when checking out she spoke to us with such friendliness and warmth. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed here for two days in the end of June, so this hotel's best attribute was its robust AC! The location can't be beat - you're minutes from Victoria Station and you can get anywhere from there. The staff was fantastic: Julia was a delight at check in! The room is a typical, unfussy London room that is actually a little larger than others we've had. This is a great option for those who just need a place to stay that gives you access to the rest of the city!

Highly recommend this place. On arrival we were welcomed with pastries and juice to help ourselves to. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Nardos who is a credit to the company she made us feel unbelievably welcomed and special and went out of her way to ensure our birthday was celebrated! All the staff have been so lovely and went out of their way to help in any way they could, they are all so unbelievably friendly and kind! The rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfy. They offer great facilities such as a bar and restaurant which also have fantastic deals if you are wanting a place to dine over your stay. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much x

A very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and centrally located. The 5 star score for service is due to the absolutely amazing trio of ladies, Julia, Jaspreet and Elena Francess who were a delight to deal with. Julia and Jaspreet were on Reception and able to answer all of our questions and we also met Julia at breakfast every morning where her beaming smile and happy nature lifted our spirits. Jaspreet helped us with all of our questions about transportation and was warm and wise with a great sense of humour and calm demenour needed for a front line position. Elena Francess made sure our room was kept in pristine condition and had a smile for everyone she passed in the hotel. We would have no problem recommending this hotel to other travellers and look forward to staying there again on our next visit to London. It was our first stay at this hotel but we plan to return. Lastly, we would dearly like to nominate these three ladies first a customer service award and I would appreciate it if you would pass on my fondest wishes to them all. Barbara and John
