Having stayed here for almost a year so far, I have to tip my hat for the outstanding service of all the staff and concierge I have received. In particular, I will note the exemplary service of the manager Victoria, who has been a constant throughout my stay thus far. The rooms have been well maintained, well-equipped & most importantly air-conditioned, more than enough for any business or vacation trip, either long-term or short-term. The availability of washing machines in the basement has also been a helpful addition to my stay. I also believe the location of the hotel is underrated, with Westfield nearby and access to the Hammersmith & City, Circle & Central Lines as well. Overall, I would say it’s been a pleasure to stay here as long as I have so far, and if I find myself in London in the future, I’d stay here again for sure.

was incredibly nice to receive such a lovely little surprise from the hotel in the form of these two beautiful towel swans. The presentation was wonderful, and we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. It left us with a very positive impression. The room was also pleasantly cool, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, the room was clean, well-maintained, and left us with a great impression. We truly enjoyed our stay.

From Italy 🇮🇹 I had the pleasure of having breakfast at this hotel and I would like to leave a special review for Abdell, who works in the restaurant area. From the very first moment, he was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. He truly knows how to make guests feel welcome, always attentive to everyone’s needs and ready to assist with great professionalism. His positive attitude and warm personality make the breakfast experience even more enjoyable. You can clearly see that he loves his job and carries it out with passion and great attention to detail. Very nice hotel, and the service was outstanding. Abdell, in the breakfast service, provided exceptional service. He was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. He truly made the hotel shine. The staff in the hotel bar was excellent. Our bartender made brilliant suggestions for Scottish whiskey. He was lovely. I wish I could remember his name. Our only complaint was a hot water problem in our room. We stayed for 3 nights and never had good reliable hot water, hence 4/5 stars for the room.
