The hotel is small but our room for 4 people was big & great location. We were surprised that our room was renovated but in the basement with a small window on the ceiling. No elevator. It was during the heat wave so it stay cool in the basement & has air conditioner in the room.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We booked and paid for a room with two separate beds, but were given a room with only one bed. We were also informed at check-in that the air conditioning was not working, even though no one mentioned this when we arrived earlier that morning. As the hotel couldn’t provide the room we had booked, we decided to cancel our stay. The staff were polite and told us that our £100 security deposit and the full Booking.com payment would be refunded. We appreciate their assistance, but the situation could have been handled much better.

I booked this hotel for 3 minutes as this a work-related travel.The room (103) was ok. The room was generally clean, bed was comfortable, there is a small TV, a wardrobe, small fringe, a boiling kettle, a telephone and also a safe box too. The shower and toilet room were also clean. The only few things that I was not fully impressed with: the condition of the carpet and also there were some stairs for going to the shower and toilet room. I found this a little uncomfortable especially as I had very busy business meetings from 9 am to 4 pm. The adjacent walls to the other adjacent rooms are not sound off. I would hear other people during the nights🤔🤔. The hotel is situation along Uxbridge Road and also is it directly opposite Shepherds Bush Market.

Small room, but has kickin’ AC. (Of the 3 hotels I stayed in, quite possibly the coldest) Modernize the wall sockets with type C charging points. Wasn’t a bad stay and I would re-consider another, but only if I had too.
