The Hoxton Shepherds Bush

My night was absolutely spectacular! I had room 4, which was wonderfully easy to remember, and in the basement in the best air-conditioned room I've ever been in :) It was incredibly clean and tidy to the point I asked for the house keeper's name to thank them (Thank you Vanusa!) and it was perfect for me to not worry when I was knackered from travel. Kalid, Coranda, and Dexter on reception were so lovely and helpful (even with my weirder requests like thanking the housekeeper!) and checking in and out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a fantastic 2 night stay with the family! The check-in staff were super friendly and helpful, and took care of every detail. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the bathrooms are very hygienic and spotless which is what I appreciate to enjoy a comfortable stay. The night shift staff were very helpful and kind and sorted out any request we had, so thank you very much. The check out process was very smooth as well as providing a space to store our travel luggage after the checkout since our plane leaves in the evening and we did not want to explore London while carrying all of that with us😎. Thank you Suzanna ( sorry if I misspelled your name 😅 ) for your help, patience and kindness throughout our stay and during the last few hours of our checkout, you made everything very easy for us. Will definitely be booking a future stay with the Hoxton at the Shepherd's Bush location. Kind Regards to the hotel and staff.

I really loved my stay at The Hoxton, Shepherd's Bush. My flight from Geneva got cancelled the day of check-in, and the team could not have been kinder about it. They sorted everything out for me quickly and took the stress out of a really rough travel day. That alone is the reason I would come back. The room was gorgeous. The bed was really comfortable, the design was lovely, and there was a beautiful view over the London rooftops. I loved the small touches like the radio and notepad on the bedside tables, and the air conditioning was great to have given the summer heat. Everything was clean and well looked after. The only tiny things I would note are that the shower pressure on the rain setting could be a touch stronger, and I occasionally heard a bit of muffled hallway noise at night, though the room was mostly quiet and peaceful. Shepherd's Bush is a good location too, and the food downstairs at Chet's was excellent. I had the courgette curry and it was full of flavour and a very generous portion. I also had the aubergine rice bowl, which was filling before heading back to the airport. The staff were warm, the room was beautiful, and they genuinely cared when things went wrong with my flight. I cannot recommend it enough!

Stayed here with a dog companion in tow, was really nicely decorated, staff around cleaning throughout the day, quite and lovely, really pleasant stay and very much accommodated for a dog with a bed and bowls in the room which was really nice. Would def stay here again and the green being right across the road was really helpful for toilet breaks being easy to get too. Near to the tube and lovely hotel overall - had a great stay.
