About Euro Hotel
Walk into a room at Euro Hotel and you'll find an en-suite bathroom, in-room drinks and free WiFi as standard, though rooms lean small and can feel a little close in warmer weather. Across the hotel's 31 rooms, the emphasis is on practical comfort rather than space, with a 24 hour reception on hand whenever you arrive or need something during your stay.
Breakfast is included and covers a full English option, served each morning before you head out. There's a garden for a quieter moment, free on-site parking for those driving in, and a cluster of pubs, bars and restaurants close by for evening meals out. Staff are consistently described as friendly and professional, which helps smooth over the compact room sizes.
The address on Cartwright Gardens puts London St Pancras well within easy reach, making this a sensible base for train travel or a short central London stay. It's the kind of hotel that trades on location and value rather than frills, with Chessington World of Adventures also noted as a further-flung point of interest for those planning a longer trip.
What guests say
A friendly small hotel in a quiet crescent just 5 minutes walk from St Pancras International. Check in was simple and smiley. I was in a single on the top floor, with separate, dedicated toilet and shower five metres along the hall. Three flights of stairs. Being a Georgian building, the floors aren't quite straight (but nor am I! ;) In the heatwave it was pretty toasty beneath the roof but there were two quiet fans provided. The room itself was modest but in good, reasonably new order and didn't feel cramped, especially not with a window opening on to treetops. Everything was clean and fresh throughout. Breakfast was gentile, a combination of buffet and served to table, with its windows too overlooking the small park across the quiet street. My scrambled eggs were light and my sausage good quality at the budget, butter was a perfect spreading temperature, and service was friendly throughout. Just outside and to the south is central London, Russell Square, and The British Museum. At £110 for a comfortable night and smiley faces and the walk everywhere centre of the city in July, I was well happy.

Beautiful row home turned hotel in a full block of them. Reception was extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived early and was able to drop our bags easily. Beautifully quiet and serene area. Location was perfect for us since we needed to be near St. Pancras. Room was very small but immaculate and we had a view of Cartwright Garden across the street. No air con but fan and open window was sufficient for the weather when we visited. Would stay here again for sure!

Booked and checked in to the Euro Hotel on the same day, getting the last room, due to horrific experience in another hotel nearby. And we did not regret it a second! Looks like the best hotel if you are looking for the spot next to King cross. While there are some rough streets in this neighborhood, there is a nice park in front, rental bikes, the street is clean and the hotel itself is surrounded by other hotels. Can be a but loud at night (a group of cheerful drunk individuals woke us up at night) if your window faces the street. Bed was comfortable, there was free drinking water in the room and breakfast included. Hotel itself is quite cozy and staff was nice. It was rather warm in the room, no AC, but there is a fan on the table. Price was rather good for this area. Cons: My pillow was covered in big yellow stain, no hot water in “pick hours” as 8AM when everyone takes shower, furniture was quite old (but that did not bother us too much), loudness mentioned earlier. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay next to King Cross.

The hotel is located within walking distance of Euston Station and is one of several hotels situated next to each other in the area. With its charming historic architecture and park-view rooms, it has a very pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are accessed with traditional keys and are still heated by radiators, which adds to the old-fashioned character of the place. Our room did not have air conditioning, but there was an additional heater, so it was not an issue for us. The breakfast was quite satisfying. Besides the regular buffet, you can also order items such as eggs, bread, and hot dishes like tomatoes, bacon, and hash browns. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Some reviews mention the rooms can be small and stuffy.
