About Judd Hotel

Judd Hotel occupies a Georgian terrace on Cartwright Gardens, one of Bloomsbury's quieter crescents, with 55 rooms behind its period façade. It's a straightforward, no-frills base rather than a grand affair, but it makes the most of its setting close to Euston Station and central London's museums and squares.

Rooms are kept clean and functional, though some are on the small side and street or corridor noise can carry, so light sleepers may want to factor that in. Breakfast is a genuine highlight, generously laid out and well worth getting up for, and the staff are consistently helpful with local advice and everyday requests. A bar on site gives somewhere to unwind, and free WiFi, air conditioning and a garden add to the practical appeal, with luggage storage and laundry service useful for those moving on to other parts of the city.

Free on-site parking is a rare find for a central London hotel, making this an easier option for those arriving by car. Beyond the door, Bloomsbury's pubs, restaurants and eateries are all within easy reach, alongside plenty of nearby entertainment options for evenings out.

Very reasonable price for a twin room. Great location close to Kings Cross. I booked at the last minute and checked in at nearly 11pm during the heatwave with my daughter. The receptionist was efficient and friendly. The air conditioned room was such a relief. Room had great facilities - handy shelving, clean bathroom, clean bedding and facilities for tea and coffee as well as a bottle of water. There isn’t a lift, so don’t book if you can’t do stairs. Breakfast room was full at 9 but there was space again at 9:30. Breakfast was fine - not amazing but not terrible either. I’d come back without hesitation unless I had tired legs and a 3rd floor room again 😂 Thanks for saving me at the last minute, Judd Hotel :-)

Well situated in the heart of the delightful Bloomsbury, the Judd Hotel provided perfect accommodation for our long weekend stay in Central London. Located in a quiet side street, there was little noise from the road and no noise from neighbouring properties. The Hotel was clean and well furnished. The staff were friendly and always helpful. A full English Breakfast (or cold alternative) was included in the very reasonable price of our stay. We were given clear instructions on accessing the property and as an additional bonus, we much appreciated the opportunity to leave our bags on early arrival and late departure from London. Our stay at the Judd Hotel represented great value for money. We could find no fault with the Hotel which fully met our expectations. We would recommend the Judd Hotel to anyone wishing to book reasonably priced hotel accommodation in Central London.

I tremendously enjoyed my stay at the Judd Hotel. In the evenings, the staff would go get me fresh iced water to refill my water bottle, loaned me an adapter, and were quick to help answer any of my questions. The room was completely clean, cleaned daily, and extremely comfortable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. The hotel is just about a 10 minute walk to Kings Cross Station, so super convenient to catch the Underground.

Came here for a night stay during the heat wave. The room was lovely and cool and the staff were great. I arrived a tidge early for checkin. But they were happy for me to sit in the airconed lounge and wait the time. And was happy to wait when I goy embroiled in a game event on my phone. The breakfast was good too. Bacon. Sasuages. Baked beans. Tomato. Egg (dont eat eggs myself) and orange juice and apple juice and tea and coffee. Id have liked the orange juice to be ice cold. But what can ya do. Next time I need to come down for an appointment where a aircon is needed. Ill be coming back here.
