About Flexistay Sutton Aparthotel
With only 18 rooms, Flexistay Sutton Aparthotel keeps things compact, offering serviced apartments near Sutton town centre with flexible accommodation options for stays of varying lengths. Rooms are generally clean and spacious, and several come with kitchenettes for guests who want to prepare their own meals rather than rely on the on-site restaurant.
Guests have access to a bar, restaurant and breakfast service, along with free WiFi, air conditioning and a garden for some downtime. Practical extras include luggage storage, laundry service, porter and concierge support, drinks available in the room, and childcare if needed. Free on-site parking is a genuine plus for anyone arriving by car, a point regularly appreciated by visitors.
That said, comfort in the rooms can be inconsistent, with some mattresses reported as less than ideal, and communal areas don't always match the standard of the private rooms. Beyond the hotel, there are pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby, making it a reasonable base for exploring Sutton and the wider Greater London area.

Shame. The hotel had nice clean rooms and shower. However the mattresses were awefull and very uncomfortable to try to sleep on. For me the fact the bedding had been washed with some sort of smelly conditioner which set my allergies of. I don't know why any modern company would add something that is know to cause allergic response to their bedding. I slept very badly next to the window which I had to have open wide as a consequence. Shame if not for these two things it would have been a much better stay.

Unclean and unsafe, definitely not child friendly as you can see from the photos. Dirty mop water being left out in the kitchen. Mouldy and undated food left in communal fridges. Kitchen walls and ceiling covered in dirt and grease. Vent in bathroom filled with dust so if you have allergies definitely avoid, staff don’t care as reported to them and nothing was done. Walls are so thin you can hear people snoring. No symbols on the oven in the kitchen so you don’t know what temp your food is on or whether it’s the grill or the fan oven. Only good things about this place is it’s very close to Sutton station and they provide free breakfast which you have to cook.

My first time staying.( 27th December) room 13. First appearance the room was spacious, clean and warm. A nice bathroom. Only staying for the one night. I wouldn't managed another one in the same bed, it was a dreadful nights sleep, what sleep I got, something stabbing me in the back, It felt like a button that was attached to the mattress. Couldn't sort it out as noone around at 1 am, and tv didn't work, that would of helped distract me had it been. Didn't use the shared kitchen or facilities, though looked OK. OK for a budget night but not sure I would go back myself. Others staying there were rather noisy in the early hours which wasn't a great help while trying to sleep ( I got the impression they were more permanent guests) And what should be discouraged is guests ( may of been staff even)smoking directly in front of the main entrance door.
