As a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member, this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was unbelievably small—far smaller than expected. It also had a very unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable. The location was another major disappointment. It's far from the nearest metro station, making it inconvenient to get around. I expected a much better standard, especially from a Marriott property. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even the basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness, or convenience. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

As a frequent U.S. business traveler to London, I visit monthly and typically stay at a nearby Novotel that our office normally books for us. On this trip, however, they were fully booked, so I reserved a room at this Four Points on my own. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. The property appears to have been recently remodeled, and the rooms were modern, clean-looking, and nicely appointed. While the rooms are definitely on the smaller side, they were perfectly adequate for a solo business traveler. What truly stood out during my stay was the front desk staff. Every single person I interacted with was exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their level of customer service honestly rivaled what I would expect from a much higher-end hotel, bordering on a four- or five-star experience. The breakfast and lobby food offerings, however, were somewhat underwhelming. The selection was limited mainly to coffee, juice, cold cuts, and pastries. Considering that breakfast is an added charge, I do think there is significant room for improvement in both quality and variety. The main issue preventing me from leaving a perfect review was the condition of my room, specifically the bathroom. I stayed in a basement-level room that had a strong mold and mildew smell throughout the stay. There were also visible signs of mold growth on the grout lines, shower walls, and shower doors — particularly behind the shower door itself. It was evident that this was not a recent issue, and likely something housekeeping and maintenance are already aware of. While I understand that resolving this type of problem may require more extensive maintenance work to identify and correct the source of moisture behind the walls, it is still something that needs immediate attention. That said, aside from the mold and mildew issue, I had a good overall experience. If the property addresses that maintenance concern, I would absolutely consider staying here again and would be happy to recommend it to our office as an option for the many international business travelers we send to London each month.

Found this Hotel to be decent for a couple of days. It’s very clean with friendly staff in a quiet residential street, tube short walk away. It used to be a Best Western property before so don’t expect 5* Marriott luxury. Rooms are small but perfect for one person. If travelling as a couple I would look elsewhere. They serve a small continental breakfast.

5 stars all the way to the whole staff, they really exceeded all the expectations and were all happy to meet my needs. Everything in the hotel is brand new and feels cosy and comfy, close to buses and Tube stations.
