I had a very enjoyable stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Kensington. After a few days, the menu started to feel repetitive, and I found myself picking up a few extra items from Tesco just to mix things up a little. What truly made this hotel stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Joseph the doorman was always warm, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Roberto, the restaurant supervisor, consistently ensured guests were well looked after and brought great energy to the dining experience. Bianca at reception was professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. It genuinely felt like they were passionate about their work, and their hospitality made a lasting impression. Overall, a great stay with outstanding service that really elevates the experience. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others visiting London.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. All the staff were friendly and attentive. A special thanks to Sharmin, who helped our family a lot during breakfast and made us feel very welcome. We would happily stay here again!

Our stay was amazing here at Residence. The room was really nice and the staff took good care of us! Location is also a bonus as everything is close by :) Notably Saif from the reception, Sharmin at the breakfast services, Joseph and Criz from guest services made our stay pleasant and comfortable. We will definitely come back again!

The hotel is super clean and in a great location to explore different parts of london. Rooms are big and great amenities. Liked that laundry was free. The front desk staff, Bianca and Antonio, gave me great recommendations to visit around the city and made the check in process super easy. Love the breakfast buffet every morning. Abdul and Happy were super attendant and would ask me if I needed anything when sitting at my table. Would stay here again!
