We have now stayed here twice and it’s been great. Marius is helpful and friendly, cleaning staff are efficient. It’s very close to Clapham South station. Cafes and pubs are nearby. A great option, clean and convenient. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel! Great location and clean room, although had a couple of issues. We arrived around midnight where the reception was closed and sign on the door saying the code to get our key card was emailed to us. We sat for half an hour hunting for this code and no email or text was sent. We think this is because it was booked via Amex, as we only got a confirmation email from them. If you are booking through Amex would recommend getting in touch with hotel beforehand to ensure they send confirmation of room details. After trying to get in contact with the hotel after 15 mins we managed to get in, the staff were helping and sorted it straight away. Another issue was that there was no air conditioning, we booked earlier in the year so did not know there would be a heatwave during our stay. This made it really uncomfortable to sleep or even cool down, a fan was provided but the room was already so hot that it just circulated the warm air. Would definitely stay again if they invested in some air con.

Great location a few minutes from Clapham South Station. Rooms are quiet and clean and bright. BUT there are no staff at this hotel, not even a check-in desk, so you have to figure out the check-in yourself from an email they send you. No advance warning about this when you book - very annoying. There's not anyone to talk to on the premises and the room wasn't cleaned even once for the duration of the stay.

Not really a hotel,more like HMO. Room 2 below pavement level which emphasised the tube noise very intrusive. Decor very tired,magnolia magnolia Good bed and bedding Nice towels Would I stay here again,I don't think so,certainly not in room 2!!
