About Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal
A waffle machine at breakfast is the sort of small detail that sticks with guests at Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal, a 162-room hotel just off the A40 in West London. The morning spread is included and popular, setting a reliable tone for a stay aimed at both business travellers and families passing through the capital.
Rooms are en-suite with air conditioning, and family rooms and accessible rooms are available, spread across four floors served by a lift. Guests get free WiFi, drinks in the room, and the option of room service or a packed lunch to take out. Beyond the bedroom, there's a restaurant, bar and snack bar on-site, plus a gym, meeting rooms and business services for those working while away. Chargeable on-site parking and an electric vehicle charge point cover those arriving by car, and pets are welcome too.
The location near a Piccadilly line tube station makes central London and Wembley straightforward to reach without a car, and a golf course, pubs, bars and restaurants are all within easy distance. Staff are generally friendly and rooms are kept clean and comfortable, though a few stays have noted the service can be inconsistent. Laundry service and luggage storage round out the practical extras for anyone based here a few nights.
What guests say
Really good price in a great location for the tube. Breakfast is great - our kids loved the waffle maker! I did miss mushrooms though! The main is the customer service. Gart was fantastic from the point of booking to arrival. We couldn't have asked for better. Based on customer service and location, we'd definitely stay again.

We were here a couple of years ago and stayed for about a week. The rooms were fine and we couldn't really find anything to complain about - which is a compliment for swabians. The only thing memorable was the noise level. Our room had a beatiful view of the A40 accompanied by the kind of noise you'd expect from a carriageway. The service was great. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. The location is really lackluster though. Great link to the Underground through the nearby Park Royal station. The nearby commercial area isn't really pretty but useful, thanks to multiple shops and restaurants

Came for a show at Wembley, and this was the perfect location. The room was great, and had really strong air conditioning (which was wonderful since I was there during the big heat wave). Only complaint is that the staff was overall quite rude to us. Housekeeping complained about having to clean our room (there was no mess, she just didn’t want to wait an extra two minutes for us to leave for the day). The front desk was lovely when we checked in, however the rest of the time, they were very short and cold, and even hung up on us when we called down to inquire about food. I would still recommend this place, as everything else was top notch!

My partner and I had a truly memorable stay at the Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal. As a couple who both previously worked for Hilton, we arrived with certain expectations, and we are happy to say that they were fully met. The front office team was outstanding—kind, professional, and very welcoming throughout our stay. Special thanks to Pratesh and Gary for their excellent service and warm attitude. We would also like to thank the housekeeping team for their great work in keeping the room spotless and comfortable. The location is very convenient, with the nearby London Underground station providing quick and easy access to central London, which made exploring the city effortless. Breakfast was also excellent, with everything you need to start the day well. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future -Léna Stechenko & Jeremy Amoretti
