I recently stayed at Park Plaza Park Royal with my family, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is excellent very convenient for Heathrow Airport whether you're driving or using public transport, and with easy access to Central London. There are also plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby, giving you lots of options during your stay. The hotel itself was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable. The service throughout was excellent, and it made a real difference to our visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to families, business travellers, or anyone visiting London. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back.

A lovely welcome by Rania upon checking into the hotel. She was friendly and helpful, informing us of the hotel and breakfast times etc Breakfast very good. Beds so comfy. Air conditioned rooms. Staff sometimes seemed under pressure during food times, or just at the bar during the day. This caused some slow service. Maybe the hotel is understaffed. Just something small. We immediately were delighted with our choice of hotel for our London stay.

We arrived in the 37c heat after a 1 2 hour taxi journey due to a broken down train. The staff were so attentive and welcoming. The welcome drink was appreciated! Our room was a suite and it was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size. The air con was a God send! Taylor in the restaurant was one of the nicest staff members I've ever encountered in a hotel. So friendly and personable. We were staying for the Harry Styles concert in Wembley and the hotel had added Harry touches throughout which just added to the excitement. Really good location, beautiful surroundings. Will be back!! My only gripe was the price being hiked because of demand.
