About Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo
Waterloo Road puts you within easy reach of the South Bank, with Waterloo Station on the doorstep for onward travel and The Old Vic close by for an evening out. Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo occupies this spot with 297 rooms spread across eight floors, making it a practical base for exploring the area on foot or by rail.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and drinks in room, with family and accessible options available for those who need them. A complimentary breakfast is included and known for its variety, and there's a restaurant and bar on site along with a snack bar for less formal moments. Guests arriving after a long journey can make use of luggage storage, while the gym, business services and meeting rooms suit both leisure and work trips. There's no parking at the property, so travelling by train or tube is the more sensible option.

Beyond the hotel, the surrounding streets offer restaurants, pubs and entertainment nearby, and the location makes it simple to head straight into central London or along the South Bank for the day.
What guests say
I have 2 more nights in this dingy place. I typically never complain as my experience staying at a 3/5 star Hilton hotel has always met my expectations. I have never been this disappointed. Yes rooms are large but AC was not sufficient in some rooms. I say some rooms bc I had to change 3 rooms to be given a room finally that has sufficient air conditioning. On my 2nd stay this month, took my shower, brushed my teeth only to find the sink clogged. I called last night and as I write this, maintenance hasn’t shown up and it’s almost noon the next day.. Managers solution for me was to move to another hotel. This is my 3rd stay at this location, If you want comfort, this wouldn’t be the place unless you’re comfortable with budget hotels. Location is perfect. Service? That’s all going to depend on luck. Of course, won’t be using this hotel anymore. They’ve managed to turn my happy time here to celebrate my father’s 100th birthday into a battle just to get a good night’s rest

Fantastic hotel! Location was amazing. Only a short walk to Waterloo station, restaurants and shops. We could also walk to many of the attractions easily. The Imperial War Museum is only about a 5 minute walk. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. We arrived much earlier than expected due to airline charges and they were able to accommodate us which was awesome. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. Will consider staying again next time we are in London.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo. The service was excellent — the 24/7 staff were always available, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was neat and clean, and our room was well-maintained and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and nicely presented. It was a lovely way to start our mornings. The only downside was the view from our window. Unfortunately, it faced machinery and equipment, which wasn’t pleasant at all. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the hospitality.

My partner and I were celebrating a big milestone with a weekend away to London. The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional and they went above and beyond! We arrived to balloons, prosecco and a selection of cakes, it was so special and really made our weekend. Breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!
