About H10 London Waterloo
Waterloo Road runs busy and central here, just back from the South Bank, and H10 London Waterloo makes the most of that position with a rooftop bar looking out over the city skyline. It's the kind of spot where the surrounding streets do a lot of the work - Waterloo Station within easy reach, the river and its riverside walks not far beyond.
The hotel itself has 177 rooms, generally spacious and kept spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and, on the upper floors, some good views across London. Air conditioning and free WiFi are standard, and there's a restaurant and bar on site alongside meeting rooms, a garden, and porter and concierge services. Breakfast is a particular strength, with a varied buffet that guests consistently single out as one of the best parts of a stay.
Staff are generally friendly and helpful, though service has been known to be inconsistent at busier times. Free on-site parking is available, useful given the central location, and the hotel can also arrange airport transfers. With the South Bank's restaurants, pubs and entertainment all nearby, it works well as a base for exploring central London on foot.

Great hotel. Would stay again. Rooms: clean and functional. Quiet at night. Air conditioning in room was great during summer heat wave (95 °). Shower and toilet good. We didn't use the mini bar. Service: a little formal, but polite and efficient. Bar staff very accommodating. Dining: impressive breakfast. Large variety of tasty dishes, fresh fruit, and pastry. Location: 10 minute walk to Thames. Near Waterloo station.

Everything was perfect! The staff at the restaurant especially for breakfast are very fast and efficient while being so polite and invisible, truly excellent service! The breakfast has good coverage and wide range of foods. The only Downside is the bathrooms in the rooms that have glass doors and the toilet in the restaurant where you can see the Next person in the stall next to you That was Horrible!! We were lucky that our room did not have a glass door but our friends did and it was horrible. Not bad view of the eye and buildings in the distance.

Aquí tienes una versión natural y muy adecuada para una reseña: We came from Costa Rica to spend a few days in London, and our stay at the hotel has been wonderful. However, one of the highlights of our visit was being served by José, a Spanish waiter in the breakfast restaurant. He was incredibly kind and attentive, especially with my son. I also have food allergies, and José took the time to carefully check that everything I ate was safe for me. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made us feel truly cared for. José provided outstanding service, and I would like to congratulate the hotel for having such an exceptional member of staff. We will definitely be coming back on our next visit to London.
