About Intercontinental London - The O2
Concerts, comedy nights and exhibitions at the O2 Arena are reached by a direct covered walkway from the Intercontinental London - The O2, making this one of the easiest bases in the city for anyone with a show ticket in hand. The surrounding riverside also has restaurants, bars and pubs within easy reach, plus watersports on the water nearby and a golf course not far off for those wanting to fill the daytime hours too.
The hotel itself has 453 rooms, many looking out over the Thames or the city skyline, all with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and free WiFi, with family and accessible options available. A restaurant and bar cover meals and drinks, room service and in-room drinks are on offer, and breakfast is served each morning with a good spread of choice. Guests consistently note the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beds that make for a proper night's sleep after a night out at the arena.
Beyond the rooms, there's an indoor swimming pool, gym and spa with sauna for winding down, along with meeting rooms and business facilities for those travelling with work in mind, plus concierge, laundry and luggage storage to handle the practical side of a stay. Staff are frequently described as attentive and welcoming, adding a personal touch to what is otherwise a large, modern hotel geared around its location on the water.

Iv just had the most amazing weekend here with my friends. The hotel is lovely, the spa and swimming pool are so nice and extremely well looked after. I had an exceptionally good back massage with Ludimila who I highly recommend, this lovely lady knows what’s she’s doing :) Everywhere we went in the spa/pool area and changing rooms it was spotless and all of the ladies working there were so friendly and helpful. Our room was a great size, again spotless and the beds so comfy. The housekeeper whose name I didn’t get was a very lovely Spanish lady who entertained my very basic Spanish and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooftop bar was lovely with great views and the most amazing manager who made us cocktails off menu that were the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Breakfast was of such a high standard, so many amazing choices and everything top quality produce. The baristas did a great job making speciality coffees. We indulged in the afternoon tea at Kinaari restaurant and it was exquisite, I didn’t realise until we sat down that it is crafted by winners of bake of the professionals, the quality of the food was unbeatable and service again was faultless. In conclusion this is a great hotel, perfect if you just want a weekend away to stay in and relax/enjoy the facilities, from beginning to end all the staff couldn’t do enough for you, I was really impressed and will recommend to friends :)

Stayed here a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience. I came with a toddler who’s a messy eater, they were so lovely and understanding. The service was wonderful from everyone, the food was amazing, the room service food was delicious, the view from the hotel room, the travel from hotel to o2 was very straightforward and the area is amazing. The swimming pool was a lovely experience and it was so nice to have a late checkout so we could make the most of the swimming pool even on our last day. If you’re coming with a toddler or children, don’t be worried. I had a wonderful time with my toddler and they were very accommodating. Would 100 percent recommend this hotel xx

A truly perfect location if visiting the O2. We were there for just one night for a concert. Although a little pricey, it was the best money spent! Fabulous room; great service and everything about the hotel made you feel special. Private walkway into O2 and after the concert, the perfect view from the sky bar on 18 floor…open to 1am. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Impeccable. Very short wait to check in at a very busy time (we were there for a series of gigs) lovely service from reception. Very high security, every inch of the place sparkling, extremely quiet considering the size of the place and how many people were there that night. Quite pricey (£32 for breakfast plus £5 tray charge if you have it delivered) but great for a weekend treat. Decent minibar. Found the toiletries à but plastic-y smelling but I’ve had worse. Shower has the option of a rainfall head or regular shower hose if that’s too intimidating, plus theres another attached to the bath! Watch the floor though - polished granite, so use the supplied mat and dry your feet well! Great view of the river. Very short walk from the Station or you can go in the main entrance to have a look at all the shops inside the dome.
