About K West Hotel & Spa
K West Hotel & Spa suits travellers after a bit of indulgence alongside their London stay, whether that's a weekend spa break, a work trip that needs a proper gym, or a stopover with easy access into the city. Set on Richmond Way near Hammersmith, it's a contemporary, glass-fronted building with a look that stands out from the usual chain hotel.
There are 219 rooms, all with air conditioning and free WiFi, and the hotel runs to the practical extras that make longer or business stays easier: a lift, porter and concierge services, valet parking, and even childcare available for those travelling with family. Breakfast is served on site, and there's a restaurant and bar for evening meals and drinks, the latter known for a lively atmosphere rather than a quiet nightcap.
The spa and gym are a genuine draw here, giving guests a reason to build downtime into a city trip rather than just passing through. Beyond the hotel, Hammersmith's own pubs, bars and restaurants are within easy reach, along with entertainment options nearby, making it a workable base for exploring West London without needing to venture far for a meal or a night out.

A huge thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my friend's stay so special. During her stay, I contacted the hotel (very last minute as I needed to confirm her location and where she was staying) so we could organise a surprise hen weekend reveal. The team couldn't have been more helpful. Despite it being a very last-minute request, they managed to turn everything around incredibly quickly. When my friend returned to her room, she was greeted with a handwritten note, a bottle of champagne and chocolates, revealing that she was heading to Lisbon for her hen do. She was completely blown away, and it made for such a special and memorable moment. A special shout out to Shaddei Hagen, Tyronne and Spyros, who went above and beyond to make it happen. Their enthusiasm, kindness and willingness to help create a special surprise were genuinely exceptional. It's rare to come across a team that cares so much about their guests and is willing to go the extra mile at such short notice. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did!! Thank you again for helping us create a memory we'll all remember for years to come. We spoke to her about the stay and she said she wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel and we are looking forward to hopefully visiting in the future.

A beautiful and stylish hotel with a lovely interior design. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the nearest metro station. There was some construction work taking place during our stay, which was a little disturbing. However, the hotel manager handled the situation very professionally and quickly accommodated us, which we really appreciated. The hotel also has a great restaurant, and they even organized public viewing events, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

This is one of the few hotels that truly matches up to the imagery it displays on its website. I was so pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room to find it was exactly like the photos, including the lighting and the size of the room. Brilliant. The staff are incredibly welcoming. The hotel is under renovation so the spa is not available at the moment but that didn't stop us having a lovely time. Locally it is slap bang in the middle of a very old shopping area of Shepherd's Bush so don't expect stunning historical views but the hotel decor inside is a world away from what is outside. I would definitely come back. Great location especially if you need to be in this area of course. Short walk away from Westfield Shopping Centre and Shepherd's Bush Tube Station and also Holland Park is not too far away either or within easy walking distance. The bed is super comfortable and I particularly liked the coffee brand that they have in the rooms, which is Grind, a personal favourite of mine. Overall a beautifully renovated hotel. Can't wait to come back and use the spa!

I stayed at Hotel Indigo K West Hotel & Spa for a couple of nights and honestly had a really nice experience overall. The first thing I noticed was how friendly the staff were — check-in was quick, and they made me feel welcome straight away. The room was clean and had a cool, modern vibe. It wasn’t huge, but it had everything I needed and the bed was super comfortable, which is always a big plus. I also liked the little design touches — it felt a bit more unique than your typical hotel. I ended up using the spa, which was definitely a highlight. It was really relaxing and not too crowded when I went, so it actually felt like a proper escape rather than just a hotel add-on. Location-wise, it’s really convenient — close to Shepherd’s Bush station and a shopping centre, so getting around and grabbing food was easy. If I had to nitpick, I’d say some areas could probably do with a bit of a refresh, but nothing that affected my stay in a big way. Overall, I’d happily stay here again. It’s a solid choice if you want somewhere comfortable with a bit of character and a good spa in London.
