About Kaya Great Northern Hotel, London

Wedged into the curve of King's Cross St Pancras station, Kaya Great Northern Hotel, London puts the canal towpaths of Regent's Canal and the open plaza of Granary Square just a short walk away, with the constant movement of one of London's busiest transport hubs on its doorstep.

The hotel has 88 rooms spread across five floors, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and in-room drinks, and each floor has its own pantry stocked with complimentary snacks. Rooms are well kept and quiet, though some are on the compact side, so this suits guests who value location over space. A restaurant and bar handle food on site, alongside breakfast, room service and a snack bar, while a gym, business services and meeting rooms cover practical needs. Staff are noted for being helpful and responsive.

There's no parking at the property, but with two major stations next door that's rarely an issue. Pubs, restaurants and other eateries sit nearby, and the surrounding area offers plenty to explore on foot, from the canal to the wider King's Cross redevelopment. Pets are welcome, and concierge and luggage storage make arriving or leaving straightforward.

After all the years we have visited London, I cannot believe we have never stayed at the Kaya Great Northern Hotel at Kings Cross before but finally, what a fantastic find this proved to be. Perfectly located and linked to Kings Cross, The Kaya could not be in a better location. The convenience of being able to walk straight off a train and within 60 seconds be inside this magnificent hotel should not be underestimated. Upon arrival, the welcome we received by the reception team and indeed the concierge was excellent. The concierge chap was superb and was absolutely ‘on it’. The ladies on reception equally as good and we were even checked into our room as early as 10.15am..!!! This is a stylish hotel. Our room was classy, very well furnished and super quiet. The public areas of the hotel were equally nice with a stylish bar and restaurant areas. A nice little touch also included a small pantry area at the end of each floor level landing and within there, was a range of drinks, snacks and pastry options free for guests. All in all, we absolutely loved this hotel and very pleased we have finally stayed here and know for definite, we will certainly return. Well done team Kaya and thank you for a great experience.

Exceptional hotel located perfectly between Kings Cross, St Pancras and the Underground connections. Selected due to It's proximity to St Pancras and the International services. Stayed with family, on floors 2 and 4 (my photos are from floor 2) Check in smooth and efficient, staff super friendly and welcoming. Pricey but what you get is worth it! well designed and comfortable rooms, lots of natural light, comfy bed, great bathroom with shower. Food was exceptional! Ate at the RAILS restaurant in the evening and had breakfast the next day in their stunning dining room. Would absolutely stay again! Thanks Great Northern team!

Stayed here for convenience as had flew in and had train the next day. Not the nicest of areas obviously but... cannot fault the hotel. Room was clean, well equipped, comfortable and most of all, the staff were kind and welcoming. If not for the staff, 3.5 or 4 stars maybe but 5 stars because of them.

One of the best hotels I have stated in London. The rooms are outstanding, great service from the staff and food is the best hotel food I have had. Highly recommend if you want to stay in London plus is across the St Pancras Station and next to King Cross station.
