The room was modest but clean, the staff was friendly. Great location in London. Although in front of a pub, so it can get noisy at night, I was'nt disturbed by ith, and my room had a very nice view of a neighborhood park so it was really enjoyable.

Very basic & very cramped accomodation. Nobody on reception. Single glazed window with gap in fitting so there was a draft blowing straight onto the bed.

Do NOT stay here. items stolen from my luggage in hotel. I am absolutely appalled by the experience I had at this hotel. After checking out, I left my luggage in storage, When I returned to collect it, I immediately noticed that several of my personal belongings had been stolen from inside my bag. There was zero possibility that my luggage was tampered with elsewhere, it had been in the hotel, and then storage the entire time. When I raised this with reception, not only did they refuse to take responsibility, they actually blamed me and showed no intention of helping. I asked about lost and found, nothing. No investigation, no apology, no accountability. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. Whether you’re traveling with valuables or just want peace of mind, avoid this hotel at all costs. You should be able to trust the staff and the premises. here, you simply can’t.
