About Leisure Inn Hotel

Paddington station and its rail connections are an easy walk from Leinster Gardens, while Hyde Park offers open green space for a stroll or a run just as easily reached on foot. The surrounding streets near Leisure Inn Hotel also have a scattering of pubs, restaurants and other eateries, along with local entertainment options, making it a practical base for exploring this part of London without relying on taxis.

Leisure Inn Hotel itself has 48 rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, and there are accessible rooms available. A lift serves the building, and facilities extend to a bar, a garden, free WiFi, luggage storage and concierge services, plus an electric vehicle charge point for those arriving by car. Breakfast is served on site, and drinks can be brought to the room.

The atmosphere is generally calm, and staff are noted for being helpful and welcoming, with the showers coming in for particular praise. It's worth knowing that some rooms are compact or lack windows, and maintenance can be inconsistent, so it suits guests who prioritise location and value over polished interiors.

What guests say

true living

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. A special thank you goes to the staff, especially Ahmed, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He really made us feel at home and was always ready to assist with anything we needed, which we truly appreciated. The only small issue we faced was finding the hotel on arrival, as the name listed on the website is different from the name displayed on the street. This caused some confusion and we struggled a bit to locate it, especially after a long journey. It would be helpful if this detail was clarified for future guests. Warm greetings from Morocco!

Regarding an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience during our recent stay (I say 'stay' we were only there for a few hours due to the unacceptable experience we had!) The condition of the room, the poor handling of the issue we had, and the overall lack of support from the staff left us feeling unsafe, uncomfortable, and completely let down. Upon arrival, we were placed in a room with a window that could not be closed (with an incredibly large gap that you could fit though!!) This made the room uncomfortably cold and raised serious safety and security concerns. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk and were left waiting for over two hours with no meaningful update or resolution. Eventually, we were told we would need to remain in the freezing room overnight until the problem could be fixed—an entirely unacceptable and unreasonable suggestion. To make matters worse, we were told that no alternative rooms were available, yet it later became clear that other rooms were, in fact, available at the time. Despite this, we were not offered a transfer or any practical solution. We also requested to speak with a manager, but were told they were unavailable and could not be contacted. The staff we did interact with were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed little concern for our comfort or safety. Due to the unsafe conditions and the lack of any appropriate response, we were left with no choice but to book alternative accommodation at our own expense. We have also reached out the the hotel on numerous occasions and they have done absolutely nothing, not even an acknowledgment of our complaints.

We spent 4 nights there. This hotel is in an absolutely the best place. Near by everything! We where sightseeing from the morning till the evening, so we just sleeped there. We were afraid because of the bad reviews but we really do not undertand why they have so many bad reviews. The hotel is clean! The bathroom was very nice, tidy also the towels and the bed. The bed was very comfortable! Our view was also very nice, we did not expected. In the room there was a big mirror, tv, big window, hair dryer, tea and coffee. Amed in the reception was very nice and professional! We will come back!

Location was excellent just off Bayswater Road and straight across from Hyde Park / Kensington Gardens. It’s a good base to explore all parts of central London. Queensway and Bayswater tube stations are only a few minutes walk away. Staff at this hotel were nice, friendly and helpful too. Rooms were ok and did the job. We were just looking for something low-cost as we were spending most days in town and just needed somewhere to get our heads down at night.
