What visitors say
The older lady in the ticket booth seems to decide for herself who gets charged and who doesn’t. I watched children of about 4 and 5 go on with a parent on a single ticket. I even went and asked the parents how much they had paid, and they said £4. I double checked and asked whether that was for them and the children, and they said yes. But when I asked why I was being made to pay for two, she just said “we do what we want.” She was rude throughout, and when I questioned it she started saying she’d report me and asked for my name, which was frankly laughable. I asked to see the published policy and was told “we do our own policy.” Seeing this in a public park is not right. The pricing should be clear, published, and applied the same way to everyone. Someone needs to look at this and make it fair for all customers.

Beautiful and very well-maintained place. The playground is spacious with plenty of activities for children – climbing frames, swings, and sand areas. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, with enough seating and greenery. A perfect choice for a family outing and playtime. Definitely worth a visit!

Very big playground with a large variety of equipment for different ages, toilets are available, very convenient for parents. Free access with kids. A cafe is next to it, no need to worry if kids are hungry.

We spent a wonderful afternoon at the Diana Memorial Playground during our Christmas trip. It’s the best park for kids in London! Our children had so much fun playing on the huge wooden pirate ship and exploring the sensory trails. We loved that it's inspired by Peter Pan, it feels like a fairy tale. The park is very safe, clean, and the staff is great. Even in winter, the atmosphere is magical. A 10/10 experience for families.
